Each week, Mr. K draws up his roster and takes stock of each student's course outlines, assessment deadlines and performances. He then tailors his 1-1 and group lesson plans carefully, ensuring individual learning objectives are continuously met and improvements are sustained.

The mental and emotional well-being of a student is often overlooked in the pursuit of grades. Mindful of these intangibles, Mr. K extends his role well beyond the classroom, forming partnerships with parents to monitor his students' well-being throughout their course of learning.
TEACHING METHODS
Rather than regurgitate textbook concepts, Mr. K constantly draws parallels between textbook concepts and the real world. Such connections stimulate students' interest in a topic, which in turn sustains them during the learning process.
He also employs a unique set of instructional tools and strategies during lessons to overcome classroom monotony and optimise student engagement. On occasion, bubble tea seems to help them cope well with the rigours of weighted assessments and examinations. :D

Students receive a comprehensive set of resources meticulously designed by Mr. K. These include notes for each subject, worksheets of varying difficulty and tests. Student feedback indicates that the materials provided have been highly effective in preparing students for their assessments.
